City Barber — an on-demand booking platform for barbershops. Last updated: 2026.

1. Information we collect

• Account: phone number, name, city, profile photo.
• Location: only while you use the app, to show nearby barbers on the map.
• Activity: bookings, reviews and ratings.
• Technical: push notification token (FCM), IP address, app version.

2. How we use it

• Verify your phone number by one-time code (OTP SMS).
• Manage bookings between clients and barbers.
• Send reminders, status updates and (with your permission) promotional notifications.
• Improve service quality and prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Payments

City Barber does not process payments between clients and barbers. Clients pay the barber directly for the haircut (for example, in person at the shop). The app only shows the price set by the barber. The single in-app purchase is an auto-renewable subscription for barbers to list their shop and receive bookings; it is billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store payment card details.

4. Third parties

We share the minimum data needed with:

• Eskiz — sending OTP SMS (phone number).
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — push notifications (device token).
• Google Maps — maps and address geocoding.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — barber subscription billing.

We never sell your personal data for marketing.

5. Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account from inside the app (Profile → Delete account) or via Telegram support. After deletion, personal data is permanently removed within 30 days (except records we are legally required to keep).

6. Your rights

• Access and export your data.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Opt out of promotional notifications.
• Delete your account.

7. Security

Your phone number is verified by OTP, connections use HTTPS encryption, and we do not store passwords. Never share your OTP code with anyone.

8. Children

The app is not intended for children under 13.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify users in the app about significant changes.

7. Xavfsizlik

Telefon raqami OTP orqali tasdiqlanadi, ulanish HTTPS bilan shifrlanadi, parollar saqlanmaydi. OTP kodingizni hech kimga bermang.

8. Bolalar

Ilova 13 yoshdan kichik bolalar uchun mo'ljallanmagan.

9. O'zgartirishlar

Ushbu siyosat vaqti-vaqti bilan yangilanishi mumkin. Sezilarli o'zgarishlarda foydalanuvchilarga ilova orqali xabar beriladi.
