Terms of Use

Agreement for using the City Barber mobile app. Effective date: 2026.

1. Overview

City Barber is a platform that connects clients with barbers and barbershops ("barbers"). Using the app means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Account

• Accounts are registered with a phone number. Never share your OTP code.
• One person may hold one account.
• The app is not intended for anyone under 13.
• Providing false information or acting on someone else's behalf is prohibited.

3. Client–barber relationship

City Barber acts as an intermediary between clients and barbers. The barber is directly responsible for the quality, timing and outcome of the service.

4. Bookings and cancellation

• Clients book an available time slot offered by the barber.
• If the barber does not confirm a request within 30 minutes, it is cancelled automatically.
• Clients may cancel a booking at any time; barbers may decline a request.
• Repeated no-shows or abuse may lead to account restrictions.

5. Payments and subscriptions

• City Barber does not process payments between clients and barbers. Clients pay the barber directly for the service (for example, in person). The app only displays the price set by the barber.
• Barbers may purchase an auto-renewable subscription to list their shop and receive bookings. It is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

6. Reviews and ratings

After a completed service, clients can leave a 1–5 star rating and a comment. Abusive, false or spam reviews may be removed.

7. Prohibited actions

• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Using the platform with automated tools (bots).
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others.

Violations may result in account suspension.

8. Limitation of liability

City Barber acts as an intermediary and is not directly responsible for the outcome of a service. To the extent permitted by law, we limit liability for technical faults, data loss, or failures of third-party providers (payments, SMS, maps).

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. We will notify users in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.

3. Mijoz va barber munosabati

City Barber mijoz va barber o'rtasida vositachilik qiladi. Xizmat sifati, vaqtga aniqligi va natijasi uchun bevosita barber javobgar.

4. Bron va bekor qilish

• Mijoz barber taklif qilgan bo'sh vaqtni bron qiladi.
• Agar barber 30 daqiqa ichida tasdiqlamasa, bron avtomatik bekor qilinadi.
• Mijoz bronni xohlagan vaqt bekor qila oladi; barber so'rovni rad eta oladi.
• Takror kelmaslik yoki suiiste'mol hisob cheklanishiga olib kelishi mumkin.

5. To'lov va obuna

• City Barber mijoz va barber o'rtasidagi to'lovni amalga oshirmaydi. Mijoz xizmat uchun barberga to'g'ridan-to'g'ri (masalan, joyida) to'laydi. Ilova faqat barber belgilagan narxni ko'rsatadi.
• Barberlar o'z salonini ro'yxatga qo'yish va bron qabul qilish uchun avtomatik yangilanadigan obuna sotib olishi mumkin. U Apple App Store yoki Google Play orqali to'lanadi.
• Obuna joriy davr tugashidan kamida 24 soat oldin bekor qilinmasa, avtomatik yangilanadi. Obunani App Store yoki Google Play akkaunt sozlamalaridan boshqarishingiz mumkin.

6. Sharh va reyting

Xizmat yakunlangach mijoz 1–5 yulduz reyting va izoh qoldira oladi. Haqorat, yolg'on yoki spam izohlar o'chirilishi mumkin.

7. Taqiqlangan harakatlar

• Boshqa foydalanuvchini haqorat yoki tahdid qilish.
• Avtomatlashtirilgan vositalar (bot) bilan foydalanish.
• Soxta hisob yaratish yoki boshqa shaxs nomidan harakat qilish.

Qoidabuzarlik hisobni bloklashga olib kelishi mumkin.

8. Mas'uliyat cheklovi

City Barber vositachi sifatida ishlaydi va xizmat natijasi uchun bevosita mas'ul emas. Qonun ruxsat bergan darajada texnik nosozliklar, ma'lumot yo'qolishi yoki uchinchi tomon (to'lov, SMS, xarita) nosozliklari uchun mas'uliyat cheklanadi.

9. O'zgartirishlar

Shartlar yangilanishi mumkin. Sezilarli o'zgarishlarda foydalanuvchilarga ilova orqali xabar beriladi. Yangilanishdan keyin ilovadan foydalanishni davom ettirish — yangi shartlarga rozilik demakdir.
